From local showcases to World Championship stages, Tide is a team of dedicated athletes competing in NBTA and USTA events across individual, pair, and dance-twirl team divisions.

Flexible Training: Based in San Diego County, but offering both in-person and Zoom coaching to train athletes nationwide.
